The oversized bedroom area includes two custom made luxurious Biltmore King beds and another 40 inch flat screen LED television.  Each suite features an in room safe for laptop computer, complimentary Wi-Fi, exclusive Biltmore Spa amenities, iHome, triple sheeting, and on request turndown service.

These one bedroom suites with over 700 square feet of space are ideal for longer stays with their large living areas complete with sofa bed, well lit workstation, and ergonomic desk chair. Located five minutes from URI Providence campus, the building the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) newest residential facility for upper-class students seeking a more urban experience. The building offers two distinct living arrangements: Apartments and Loft-style Studio units. Combined with RISD's Fleet Library and the Portfolio Cafe on the first two floors, the building in its entirety is known as the Roger Mandle Building: The Rhode Island School of Design Living and Learning Center. 

Apartment - Private room (Style 1) - $60 per night for a single bed in a private bedroom of two bedroom apartment.

Linens included (pillow, sheets, pillow case, blanket, bath towel, and washcloth) Guest share a bathroom, generous common lounge/dining area, and full kitchen. Common areas are furnished with soft seating, a TV, and a dining table and chairs. Bedrooms contain an extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk and chair. Mini loft - $70 per night for twin bed

Linens included (pillow, sheets, pillow case, blanket, bath towel, and washcloth)

All units have an open living space and a private bathroom. The mini-loft features a snack area with a small fridge and space for a microwave, a bed, dresser, and table and chair. The studio loft features more space, adds a two-burner cooktop to the kitchen, and has either a double or twin bed. The double loft is suitable for two to share and adds a full kitchen with dishwasher, a furnished dining area and lounge area and double bed (or two twins). Also, some of the double lofts can be combined with an adjacent mini-loft. Finally the two-bedroom loft is comprised of 2 single bedrooms sharing a kitchen, dining area and bathroom.
