LaShon Fryer is a recent graduate of Temple University where she was an instructor with the Powerful Voices for Kids program at the Russell Byers Charter School. She plans to enter the BTMM Graduate Program at Temple University next year. LaShon's mission is to create, maintain, or improve the self-efficacy of Black & Brown children through media literacy. This year, she assists with marketing the Media Education Lab's Media Smart Seminar events.
