In its broadest sense, learning can be defined as a process of progressive change from ignorance to knowledge, from inability to competence, and from indifference to understanding.
Sarah Clapp is a Writing Specialist at the Media Education Lab. Sarah is a graduate of Brown University, where she concentrated in English (Nonfiction Writing) and Classics. At Brown, she supported peer writing as a Writing Fellow, animated educational science videos with the production group SciToons, and facilitated arts-based after-school programming for elementary schoolers. She loves working at the intersection of writing, production, and education, and is excited by literacy, curriculum development, and media made by and for youth.
