In this address, Hobbs offered an examination of the fundamental instructional practices of digital and media literacy education with a focus on how educators at all levels can strengthen the critical thinking and communication skills that underpin the development of empathy, tolerance, and respect for differences as well as the the drive to advocate for issues of social justice.
