In this episode of the MediaEd Podcast, Yonty Friesem sits down with both Donnell Probst, Executive Director of the National Association for Media Literacy Education (NAMLE) and Michelle Ciulla Lipkin, senior advisor and former Executive Director for NAMLE. In the conversation that took place three years ago, they all reflected together on their collaboration with the Media Education Lab and its team over the years. The podcast also looked into future collaborations that both currently contribute to. 

Anna Puertas is a Copy Editor Intern for Youth Media Reporter. She is currently an undergraduate student at Penn State University studying Broadcast Journalism. Her interests in journalism and media education began during her time as the Editor-in-Chief of her high school newspaper. Such interests have carried her through college. In the future, she hopes to pursue a career in newscasting.

Sajeda Manasra is a Molecular Genetics student at Al-Quds Bard College in Palestine. She is a community activist with a strong interest in youth leadership, community engagement, and media literacy education. She completed a year-long Training of Trainers program with the Media Education Lab at the University of Rhode Island, where she developed skills in media literacy, critical thinking, and educational facilitation.
