Katelyn Lam is a recent graduate from Barnard College. She majored in Cognitive Science with a Specialization in Human-Computer Interaction and minored in Education Studies. She has been interested in ways technology can be designed for social good, particularly for education and learning purposes. Her early role as a STEAM Educational Experience Designer propelled her career in developing experiential science and art learning programs for K-12 students.

On December 10, it was a pleasure to offer a keynote address at the MEDIA & FAMILY IN THE AGE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE conference, hosted by the Catholic University of Croatia and organized by Lana Ciboci Persa. 

Caleb Cameron is a Master’s student at Boston University in the Emerging Media Studies program. His research interests include political communication, AI, AI-driven educational strategies, and media literacy. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a B.A. in Media Studies. While there, he worked on Political Satire research with Dr. Heesook Choi, looking at political satire on late-night TV shows. Caleb hopes to bring media literacy programs to smaller communities in the United States and to provide insight into how AI can be used positively in the academic world.Â
